Our Goals

  1. Minimize Labor Disputes , raise the awareness for the employer on the effect of disputes on the Organizations Reputation and Organization Capital  and stability , Also the existence AMAN HC ADR service.
  2. Launch AMAN HC Excellence Award for the best practices of Human Capital strategies, and  Employees Rights.
  3. Be in a position to Review the JLL and propose fair , new logical legislations towards employees rights according to the Employees Human Rights by specialized law team .
  4. Propose a Board or an  official Body to certify the HC team according to Jordanian standards.  JCPHRS (Jordan Certified Professional Human Recourses Staff).
  5. Propose a project to MOL to require employers to provide them with their Salary scale , and to be an official document registered under the MOL  for equity and equal employment opportunity.
  6. Advocate for more rights for the employee and employers to gain more rights and organize the environment to have a healthy work environment.
  7. Propose more solutions and  work plans for the MOL to solve the staff complains.
  8. 1.Create AMAN HC employer adherence assessment.
